Founded in 2020 by former IPL and First-Class cricketer Ryan Ninan, Fortitude Cricket Academy provides high-quality, personalised coaching across Sydney’s Inner West and North Parramatta regions.
At Fortitude, our mission is to equip aspiring and experienced cricketers with the technical, tactical, and mental skills required to succeed in the modern game. While our focus is on developing performance on the pitch, we also believe that cricket teaches powerful life skills — such as teamwork, discipline, mental resilience, and self-confidence — that extend far beyond the boundary.
Our coaching team brings deep expertise and elite-level playing experience, offering every athlete the insights, structure, and mentorship they need to reach their full potential.
Unlike larger academies, Fortitude Cricket limits its client list to just 15– 20 players per year. This allows for deeper relationships with each athlete and a focus on their development with a genuine desire to see them grow not just on the field but off it too.
